FORE’s telehealth service brings culturally informed mental-health and addiction care to clients through secure digital channels, with the same commitment to confidentiality, dignity and clinical quality as in-person support.
Ways to connect
The most appropriate format is agreed with each client based on need, safety and access.
- Secure video counselling with qualified therapists
- Scheduled telephone consultations
- Professional guidance and ongoing support
- Secure correspondence for continuity between appointments
Who telehealth can help
Remote care can support people managing anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, grief, relationship difficulties or life transitions. It is especially valuable for clients outside Kampala and Ugandans living abroad who want culturally relevant support.
Privacy and continuity
Clients receive guidance on creating a private space, preparing their device and protecting confidentiality. Where remote care is not clinically appropriate, the therapist will recommend a safer in-person or emergency pathway.
