Clients live at FORE’s residential facility in a safe, supportive and professionally supervised environment designed for stabilisation, treatment and lasting recovery. Every admission begins with assessment and an individual treatment plan.
Whole-person treatment
Our residential programme combines clinical, psychological, physical and spiritual approaches according to each client’s needs.
- Medical detoxification and medication management
- Psychiatric assessment and continuing review
- Cognitive behavioural and motivational enhancement therapies
- Group, occupational, spiritual and experiential therapy
- Nutrition, physical activity and daily living routines
- Twelve-step facilitation and recovery education
Coordinated recovery planning
Case managers coordinate care, connect clients with appropriate resources and prepare for continuity after discharge. Families may be engaged where appropriate and with the client’s consent.
Residential pathways
Structured 90-day and 180-day pathways may be available. Accommodation, meals, therapeutic care and applicable admission terms are explained clearly during assessment before commitment.
