Beginning and continuing care

When you contact us, our intake team will ask a few respectful questions to match you with the right counsellor, explain our policies and discuss fees. Continuity matters, so sessions should be planned in advance and cancellations communicated at least 24 hours before an appointment. Participation is voluntary, and clients may withdraw from counselling at any time.
